4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or provide through the Platform ("Your Content"). By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

We do not claim ownership of Your Content. Upon account deletion, we will remove Your Content from our active systems within a reasonable period, subject to our data retention policies.

5. AI-Generated Content

Tanvrit Market uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing content on your behalf. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is produced algorithmically and may require your review and approval before publishing.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and publishing any AI-generated content.
• The Company does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free of errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
• You assume full responsibility for any content published through the Platform to third-party social media platforms.
• AI-generated content should not be relied upon as legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

6. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Platform may require a paid subscription. If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle.
• Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time through the Platform settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.
• Your data will be retained for a reasonable period to allow for account reactivation, after which it will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• The Company reserves the right to terminate accounts that remain inactive for an extended period.

9. Limitation of Liability
